A 2.6 ha landscaped garden created in 1859 by Eugène Bülher. Out of the 400 trees within, the most spectacular and undoubtedly most famous is its “weeping beech”, listed as a natural monument since 1932 and labelled a “Remarkable Tree of France” in 2001. Free admission.
An integral part of Bayeux heritage, a discovery trail dotted with information panels is ideal for exploring the garden and its main plant species at liberty.

Two magnificent gardens listed as being “Remarkable”. The first is a succession of “chambers”: ponds, Japanese-inspired, English and aromatic gardens. The second garden, comprising three terraces lined with topiary yews, opens out onto a beautiful border of grasses.
