Situated between the American Cemetery and Omaha Beach in St Laurent Sur Mer, at their farm, Michel and Philippe Legallois produce Calvados, Pommeau de Normandie, corked cider… The tour starts with a presentation of the different types of orchards and the various varieties. This is followed by an introduction to the press, the room which houses the cider fermentation vats, and the secondary fermentation room where the bottles rest. The visit continues with the presentation of two rooms where barrels of Calvados and Pommeaux are kept.
